Is it on the same network as your PC, local network, or is it on it's own? Whatever network it is on will need some type of trust relationship...usually this allows file/printer sharing and such. And/Or you may need to add a rule trusting that IP specifically.
A lot of firewalls lately come in an auto config mode to just set it up for you and no prompt using rules created by the vendor and trusted apps. You may be able to switch it to prompt mode too and Allow whatever prompts come up when using the bridge. After it is working you can put it back to auto. I have mine set to always prompt just because I don't want to rely on the vendor to know what is good to allow.
