b4a capable of doing these things?

Greetings,
I'm brand new to b4a and so far love it. Coming from google (mit) app inventory. I would like to know if there are libraries for:
1. Scanning Barcodes.
2. Capturing Signatures.
3. Taking a photo, then being able to draw on it. (i.e. take a photo of an automobile, then draw circles around scratches; noting such things.)

Yes, the ABZXing library.

For that you will have to do some voodoo, like placing the picture on a Canvas draw on it and then save it.
