Android Question b4a designer DateUtils missing

Hi Comunity..
Have the b4a 2.17 installed, and workding fine, but Im not able to find
the dateUtil, Under lib's the dateutils 1.03 is marked..
Anyone got a tip on how tor solve this ??

DateUtils is a library not a view, the designer is only to create layouts.
