B4A error on start on an EEE DELL MINI INSPIRON

Hello,

I try to run Basic4Android on my Dell Mini 10 Inspiron (windows XP SP2) and an error occurs: "application can't initialize correctly (0xc0000135) ".

Java SDK is installed. Android also.

Someone would know what component can be missing on my computer?
