Android Question B4A.exe suspiciuos virus?

When I run "B4A.exe" to install the tool, my antivirus (trendmicro) tell me there is a suspicius ransomware into the file.
I have scanned the file with virustotal online services and the result is the following:

I have downloaded the file from this official site (b4x.com).
