If you scroll down the page, you will see the B4A being used for the apps development. My point is B4A is JUST the right tools for this age of technology. And I wish that the tool's development team at B4A can seriously consider to add the following libraries into the IDE so that "Internet of Things" can easily be done with B4A. Among the libraries needed are:
MQTT :

and the http://mqtt.org/wiki/doku.php/mqtt_on_the_android_platform
