B4A / PHP Database Service Development

I'm looking for someone with experience in accessing MySQL databases via a PHP service.

I have a lot of PHP code already on my site for accessing the database (maybe a good template).

I'm just lost when it comes to developing the code as a web service for B4A.

budget would be $250 payed via paypal, or Elance if you have an account.

I need someone that knows PHP & MySQL very well.
