With the new cool "multi" designer feature the "Designer" Menu item in the IDE should probably have a list of any existing open windows and preferably the "designer" window should be docking within the IDE. At this very moment I have 9 open projects (not necessarily always my own projects, i.e. demos from forum, etc) and it can be very challenging to navigate between them esp in 4.3 with potentially 3 windows per project (IDE, Designer and abstract). Ideally the IDE should support multiple projects/project groups. At the very least it (Designer) should have a "stay on top" option.
