iOS Question b4i and my apps are no longer available on any of my devices

After a while, I tried to access my b4i bridge, and it told me that b4i bridge was no longer available. What could be happening? I had a paid subscription until February, but last October I updated to version 8.51, and they told me it was extended for a year from that date. Could that be? Has the user ID changed since February? Thanks.
