I don't understand what type of picker you need.
There are XUIViews that Erel created and other components created by other forum members, which work the same way in B4A, B4I and B4J.

@Lucas Siqueira I had earlier planned to use Picker control (B4i) for time selection. But now i changed my plan. Instead of picker, i have decided to use B4XPlusMinus control. This control is working flawlessly in B4i and B4A.
