Bug? B4J-bridge and #MergeLibraries: false

If to use these 2 conditions - .jar file is always compiled merging all libs\jars.
And loooong transmission this big .jar to remote host where is to be executed, and unclear when it starts...

Is it bug or feature ?

By design. There is no assumption that the remote computer will have the correctly installed libraries.

But big apps cannot be debugged remotely - it's very long process, pity.
Is it possible to update ?
