B4J - Correspondence and Archiving System application

Hi,

I am looking for a developer for developing a simple Correspondence and Archiving System application. It is both desktop and browser based, (B4J-ABM).

The main purpose of this system is to:

1. Define Components and their relevant details
1.1 Business: Firm name/Address/Official documents...
1.2 Employees: Name/Nationality/Profession/Official documents
1.3 Projects: Name/Description/Client...../Legal and contractual documents ....
1.4 Suppliers: Name/Address/Contacts.....
1.5 Other shared data (Lists)

2. Identify content metadata such as
2.1 Class: Office/Project/Employee
2.2 Type: Correspondence/Financial/Technical/Legal ...
2.3 Format: PDF/MS Office/AutoCad/Multimedia ...
2.3 Other relevant particulars

3. Perform Content Management Functions such as
3.1 Upload/Scan hard copies or other content
3.2 Fill metadata details
3.3 Setup Access right
3.4 Save content into the repository

4. View/Print/Download...

5. Reports and Statistics

Essentially, it is a client/server, master/detail CRUD application.
