Android Question B4XPages Pull to Refresh

Is there any way to do B4XPage swipe down (pull) to refresh like Facebook ? I already read about CLVSwipe pull to refresh post and I love it and used it for long time.

I want to do like that in B4XPages because my current project is really need for it. I currently try CLVSwipe first and add my all controls to it ... BUT it's not a best way (i think)
Can anyone point me out for this please .. sir/s.

You can use CLV + CLVSwipe with a single item list. Set the pressed color to transparent to disable clicking.
