Actually B4XPreferences is a static dialog: you can set/change options before displaying it.
From time to time I find myself in need of a more dynamic behavior, like toggling a switch and enabling/disabling some options, or selecting a preset that will change several options below.
This requires the user pressing "ok" and the reopening the dialog, which is not intuitive for the user
