Android Question BeaconParser Class Example with Holy-IOT Beacons seems not work fine

Hello ,I have some Holy-IOT Beacon and i try the BeaconParser Class Example without results. Can someone Help Me ? Thanks in advances

i modify from beacon mode to iBeacon mode on the device and now work. However if i change to targetSdk = 33 it not work . How Can i resolve this ?
