Bluetooth With no Passkey

Hi everyone. I want to write some code that connects to an industrial device using BT Serial but does not require a passkey. Has anyone done this before using Basic4Android?

and try and connect Serial1 without any security features using

Serial1.ConnectInsecure(Admin,connectedDevice.Mac,1)

I am using this for controlling a telescope; works like a treat.
