Android Question Can I access Emergency data without logining in?

Just curious... Is there a way - if someone has lost their device and it is password locked to gain a limited amount of data? Like, if I lost my device one could click to find my name or address or instructions to return the device. It would be great for medical information also, just enough information to help as needed. Maybe put the info on you screen saver...? But I am thinking of something a little more formal.

Note that not all devices support lock screen widgets.

I think its just a normal widget. Devices > 4.3 allow to put widgets on the lockscreen.

Not really, on my EVO for example, I cannot add lock screen widgets, and I have Jelly Bean.
