Wish Can someone translate this SDK to B4A?

I am having "ramdom" problems with my ESC/POS printer (Excelvan 80-IV-U). No problems with an older model (80-II) but problems with the newer model.

Could Someone translate the SDK to B4A pleased? I am not able for do it and I think this would solve my issues with the new model of the printer
