Can't get the Arc statement to work.

It's been awhile but I'm back!!! I haven't done anything to my program for a month or so and got some new data from the membership and was going to update the database. From the membership database I've created the zip file called AppExport.zip, I've uploaded this to the download folder in the Nexus 7 and went to run the program it did nothing but set there until I get a message that nothing was happening and did I want to wait or quit. At first I told to to wait but after about 10 minutes and nothing I decided this wasn't working.
I setup the Debug and ran the program everything went fine until it reached the Arc statement

Arc.UnZip(File.DirRootExternal, "download/AppExport.zip", File.DirRootExternal & "/mbrsphotos","")

Then if just stopped and never goes on. I've checked the download folder and the file is there it is spelled exactly the same. The file is 1.8 mb in size but the last time I ran the program this file was about the same size.
I've looked into the mbrsphotos directory to see if any of the new photos were unzipped and the answer is no the directory has none of the new photos in it.
Don't know where to go from here so again I'm looking to the experts for an answer.

Seems like a problem with the 5 sec android process (loop) limit. I think you should try using arc.AsyncUnzip which should asynchronously unzip data, thus not giving this problem.
