Cant update thread with a new file in the attachement

Every time i click on save with a new file this error occurs

Does it only happen with a specific thread?
Where is that thread?

Should be fixed now. It was related to a PHP module that tries to detect SQL injections and innocent code or text can sometimes trigger it.
