Android Question Change color of Rating Star

Hello,
I am trying to implement rating bar as per the below link...

But I am not able to change the border color of the stars as well as the default color inside stars.

Is there is any way whether I can change the border colors of stars as well as the default color of stars [May be Yellow].

Please advice.
