Chrome for Android: No input possible

The last days I have some troubles with input fields in several websites. The keyboard pops up but there are no chars shown. Even here. Then I have to close all tabs to get it working again.

Someone else here with that issue?

my problem is different.. keyboard pops up with chars , can press the chars button but nothing appears in inputfields

lol i thought your soft keyboard has no buttons shown , but anyways its time to change browser for now

I've opened a ticket but Google isn't reacting When you see the comments in the playstore a lot of people having this issue.

Still having this issue. Anyone here, too?

Issue:

- open a website (B4x will do, too)
- click in an input field
- keyboard & cursor pops up
- no input can be done, cursor doesn't move, too
- close tab
- repeat
- works
- after some time it doesn't work until you close the tab again
