Android Question Clean Up Libraries

In exploring a potential solution to a requirement I created a second xml file and a duplicate jar file with a different name from the originals:

Original Files:
Audio.jar
Audio.xml

Additional Files:
AudioModified.jar
AudioModified.xml

The AudioModified.jar was identical to the original, AudioModified.xml was different.

When the tests didn't work out, I removed the AudioModified files, and expected the system to behave normally. Instead, whenever I open b4a - even without an existing project - I see an error message:
"An error occurred.
Missing jar file for library C:\.....\AudioModified.xml"

Is there a way to clean this up without uninstalling and reinstalling b4a?

How strange. The only way I could find it was using the xml editor I used to create it, it didn't show up in Explorer, I was able to delete it from within the editor.
