This is embarrassing but I have not coded for new layouts in my app for awhile. Now I want to code a new layout just created but can't get to the template to begin. I named and saved a new layout using the emulator and it appears under the designer file menu and although I have done this many times before with other layouts, I am at a loss to proceed. My mind has gone blank and when someone tells me the answer, my face will be redder than it is now. Help please!

That part I know about. I just can't get to the ide template where the blank Activity Create, Resume, etc. are found. Like when you begin a new project, the temple automatically appears and I thought that's what would happen when I created a new layout. My other 30 layouts have separate code modules that I can select to work on but now, with this new layout, it has nothing. Sorry, if I am not clear.

Hold on! I think I just figured it out. I need to add a new activity module. That's what was eluding me. Thanks anyway for your help.
