B4J Question Confused On How to write into SqlLite Database.

What library or command do you use to write into the Sqllite database?
I am using the TableView with an Update button. I see the information in the cells but it does not got into the database.

Also doe the information still write into the database in testing(debug mode) or does it have to be (release)mode?
