connect or sync database in PPC from Desktop

Hi ,


I would like to ask for some help or advice on how to develop an mobile
database which can be sync back to desktop master database through
USB connection



1. Do I have to Dev./have a running process in my PPC for my database ?

2. When I connect my PPC to ActiveSync , what library must I use or what
I can do to communicate with PPC database from my Desktop ?


** This is Pull data from Desktop (e.g. Desktop will initiate a request
to Pocket PC for new data and then grab it back to desktop)

Using the RAPI library you can access files on the device from a desktop progam via ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center.
