I "fixed" the problem with this: B4X: Contact.WebPage = ""http://"&Website.Text&"" because if there is no entry of any text an error-message appears. ... but that is not the best solution ...

Many libraries including the Outlook library are simple wrappers above other managed or native libraries (Microsoft.WindowsMobile.PocketOutlook in this case). So there is not much we can do about such problems.
