Creating a multiline textbox dynamically (at runtime)?

Okay. I promise that I've looked through all the documentation/help files/other forum threads for my answer before posting this.

I need to create a multiline textbox at runtime. Creating a single-line textbox is a no-brainer, *and* I also know that I can convert the a single-line textbox into a multiline without scrollbars by changing the text alignment via FormLib.

Problem is, I need a multiline *with* scrollbars. Created at runtime.

Solutions? Ideas?
