Creating Libraries

I am trying to create a library utilizing the posted tutorial(s) here on the forum building a library with Eclipse -> B4A. I get to the generate doc, use custom BADoclet with custom path to library location but it gives me an error "Doclet" (via Anywhere Software) not found. Needless to say it errors with no generation.

Am I missing something?
