Wish Ctrl+Y should cut whole line

If word wrap is in operation then Ctrl+Y (or Cut Line from the Edit or context menus) only cuts the part of the line where the cursor is. The wrapped portion of the line is not cut.

I want it to cut the whole line which the programmer wrote.
