Android Question Customlistview scroll up then animate hide title bar

Hi everyone how can i using animation to hide the title bar when i scroll down, when i scroll up then show the title bar?

BTW that upload site is terribly slow, you might as well have used YouTube if possible, I almost gave up waiting for the video to load it was that slow...
