B4J Question CustomView and Designer: Setting size of Base does nothing.

Even after setting the size of the base in my custom view, when I add it to the designer, it isn't the set size. Why is this? See attached images:

Also, is there a way to set the Horizontal/Vertical anchors for a Custom View?

The visual designer only looks in the #DesignerProperty attributes. Any other change you do in your code will not affect the custom view behavior in the IDE.

It is currently not possible to set the default view size or default anchors.
