Tablet displays seem to wash out in bright light, are almost useless outdoors and are 100% useless with direct sunlight shining on them... can anyone identify a table that works well in these conditions ? I'm developing a display program to allow wireless / portable display of some information in an airport control tower, so obviously there are large windows everywhere and bright sunlight ( even direct sunlight on the display ) must be anticipated. Monochrome is OK, but who would make such a beast these days ? Recommendations = ? Optical filters = ?

They also did the display for the Notion Ink Adam... I have one of those devices. It's "okay" for viewing in daylight.. Although I still tend to use it indoors / in shade to be honest.
