Wish designer - shortcut for panning

In the abstract designer, it would be very handy if we could pan the view by dragging the background, instead of having to use the scrollbars (which feels a bit clumsy).

Perhaps something like Alt-leftclick anywhere in the designer?

You can use Shift + Arrow keys to scroll the abstract designer.

Yes, I use the Shift-arrow keys now, but a mouse shortcut would keep things fast and fluid when I'm on the mouse moving things around.
