I have searched but not found
by creating a CustomView can I make a #DesignerProperty disabled based on the value of another #DesignerProperty?
similar to FontAwesome Icons based on the typeface of the label

Not in the designer, but you can check in the code if the property is true and then set the other variable to false.

I need a value to be dynamically disabled in the designer

The designer is limited for custom properties, I would also like to have more flexibility. Like e.g. grouping properties.
