I Inman Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Oct 15, 2012 #1 I am trying to build a custom notification layout, like the one on the bottom part of the screenshot given below, using barx's Custom Notification library. My question is how can I detect separately the click events on the Pause, Stop, Next and Previous buttons on the notification bar? I believe it has something to do with RemoteViews but on B4A it is used for widgets only.

I Inman Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Oct 15, 2012 #4 Thanks barx. I think they are talking about views like buttons in particular that were not possible to be added to notification until Android 3.0. For Imageviews and Textviews, I was hoping the click can be detected using setOnClickPendingIntent of RemoteView. RemoteViews | Android Developers, android.app.PendingIntent Upvote 0
