Is there a way by Library or otherwise to separate a text in a button or label so that one part is left-aligned and the other part right-justified and bold.

No. The Android Button only have one Orientation. Even Labels.
You can build two Labels (one left aligned, one right aligned).

Does it alow two different orientations in one Sequence?
I thought this rule is given to the underlying object. Means it only uses one direction. I may be wrong though.
