Display views beyond screen limits

Hi

I need to put a lot of views (labels and edittext) in a acivity, like this image:

This screen was created with Windev Mobile.

The user will scroll the screen, fill all fields and touch the button save or cancel.

How can i do this with Basic4Android ?
