Do you use AdnroidPIT?

This message is appearing in my developer console for AndroidPIT:

Due to VAT law changes effective on January 1st, 2015, we cannot accept the upload of new apps anymore. We will shortly inform all developers via e-mail.

This has to do with Value-added tax (Specifically in Europe) from what I can see.

I am not really sure what this will mean for developers and other app stores and markets...
