The Wiki at Create a distributable APK file says

Click Project and turn off the debugging options. Compile the app. In your App's folder on your hard disk, the APK file will be in the Objects subfolder.

That probably matches an old version of the IDE. It should now refer to the dropdown list in the menu bar of the IDE.

It probably is. I'm a newbie with b4a. I'll let the experts take care of it. I did look for an edit button but couldn't see one, but even if I had found it I wouldn't mess with the doccos on something I am still coming to terms with.
