Android Question does installing APK caches SQLite-DB ?

Hi,
I've got a strange behavior on my develop-phone (moto g5) (running same code on old Sony Xperia is "normal"):
after deinstallation of my App the installtion folder for my DB seems to be deleted (not available with TotalCommander and root),
but when reinstalling the App the old database is automatically reinstalled, even before my startcode is running;
for testing I put the code to "starter/Service_Create" - but same behavoir. I already deleted dalvin, rebooted the phone - nothing changes.
Does anybody know where Android get's the old database from and why and at which step it is installed ?

The attached hardcopy shows stepping through starter after complete deinstallation of the App ...
