Do you mean apart from the fact I never received cookie policy/privacy policy notification from the site.

I think 10k was a bit steep for an app that could be written in probably 3 days.(Android small simple app)

They either are really bad at coding or need to use B4X for their development in place of what they currently use.

You can change the "per day" cost of both design and development along with the amount of days.
