Android Question Download old version of B4A IDE

I've recently been forced to format my hard disk drive and I can't find the file to install B4A again. I think it was 4.8 or 5.8, I don't remember well. Would it be possible to download the install file from this site?

As far as i know, NO.

But as announced here B4A will become FREE in a few weeks.

You can contact [email protected] in the meantime to get a backup of 4.8 or 5.8.

You should check your old emails. The download links of B4A worked for me in the past.

Now I remember it was version 4.00. Do you think it will be easy to adapt my applications' source codes to continue developing on the new modern free versions?

With 4.0 you´ll not be able to build apps running on Android 8+ (or was it 9+).
But with 9.8 you are. See this thread for more Infos about changes in the SDK

android.jar / targetSdkVersion / minSdkVersion

Prepare yourself to install a new SDK as the old you are using is no longer compatible.

Just follow the installationinstructions carefully. It just will work.
