Error loading program. IOException

I use the sample of SQL program and add some new codes and controls, and when i run the application on the device (iPAQ H5550) i´ve got that message of error. Why?
Whithout compilation its work fine, and compiled on the Desktop its, work fine too...

It will help you organize the required files.

I´ve got all the .dll needed but receive the same error... the not compiled version runs fine but the compiled dont work... ((
Anyway, thank you very much...

Can you zip your compiled file and upload it here or send it to me: erel@basic4ppc.com ?
Please mention if it is a device or desktop executable.

I´ve got it... .exe.config is also needed...
