Android Question error starting discovery process

Three months into the error...I added a premission to the manifest editor. I changed the sdk version. I changed the examples like bluetoothadmin and chat and others. He advised me to try his own example. I changed the bluetooth port and the arduino connects and nothing works......... ...... what solution
