As i read here, " The grace period will end 90 days from August 15th, 2020 ". So we have to update all our apps with User Messaging Platform(for android) in order to server ads after grace period.
UMP don't work as expected, google product forum is full with questions without answers.
As I wrote before, I have exact same problem with native implementation: If user decline tracking there is no ads in app.
