je voudrais exécuter une application développé en B4A par exemple toutes les heures
comment faire

You can try using StartServiceAt in a service and set it to start the service again after 60 minutes. You will need to use Automatic Foreground mode, just search the forum and you should find what you need. I do not recommend that you use a Timer as you will have lots of issues with timing over long periods of time...
