Android Question Failed to upload apk developer console

I can not upload new apk to production . I tried to sign out and in and olso tried developer console from phone .
Deleloper console let's me chose the apk then nothing happens .
Does anynone had problems with uploading apk.

Give it a little time, sometimes the developer console has this issue, if it continues for a long time, then contact Google and report it.

I see google has announced public they have problems with developer console !! good they admit the problems

There was a big issue with console, I had the same problems. I just waited for a few hours and everything was okay again...
