Android Question Failed to upload apk developer console

I can not upload new apk to production . I tried to sign out and in and olso tried developer console from phone .
Deleloper console let's me chose the apk then nothing happens .
Does anynone had problems with uploading apk.
Thanks !

sometimes when load console it waits for ads.tfxiq.com....
