Android Question FloatingView in android

You can place floating button in home android, this button should be positioned on the applications with this button should be able to take a screenshot of the device and print it on a printer connected by bluetooth.

Is it possible to do this?

Being more specific something, like the following link

There is a B4A implementation from a github project --> Get the ChatHeadDemo file in https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/chathead-wrapper-gif-overlay.62027/#content
The previous ported to a lib by @Star-Dust --> https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/sd-floating-button-standout.80847/#post-516467

You will have to code the behavior (taking a screenshot, printing, ...)
